• hey guys, i thought we were going to use the wiki for all communications. don't you think that's better? it is the "wiki project" and we can check and update the page while we're there. also, we were suppossed to post the topic on our wiki page, not email the teacher. i don't have internet access where i live, so we can't always wait until the last minute.i'll update the topic, but you guys should edit and add things to the page too.-melissa
• hey i have found a few hacker stories in news sites i am going to post on the bib i think we could use- C.J.
• thanks, cj. i found some sites from a self professed hacker who apparently teaches others how to be one. the sources should have links now too straight from the source page. -melissa
• Hey guys, thanks for adding the rest of sources. i figured each of us could add like three, so i'm glad we got that taken care of. Also i was looking at our main page and saw an different things we could do such as on how many visiters we've had to like a chat room, do you guys want to do something like that? - Cici

• i put a link to a notes page that i started. it's just to help organize ideas. please add on to it, or make your own notes page it you want. -melissa
• i know everyone is busy (including myself) but has anyone been working on this project? i posted some notes in outline form and i have'nt seen anything added to it. we don't have very much time left in this project. let's try to keep on it. thanks, melissa
• I added somethings that might be good for our paper questions and topics i guess. I tried to figure how to add those visitor counters or chat rooms and i can get the thing to work now. I don't know what's going on. I'm working at a rough draft of the ideas i posted. Do we have a certin format we need to go by?- Cici

• Hey I changed some stuff around and put them on our front page. I added too videos onto the page. I still have no idea what ever one is doing and is not doing. If some one could please let me know what is going on I would be very happy to do more work. I tried to figure out how to put a chat thing and calender on the page but I still have no idea how to get them.- Jessica
• Thanks, Jessica. I guess everyone just needs to work on a final draft. Ideally, we can each find information for each of the topics in the outline and include our paragraph for each topic on the draft page. Then we can edit it at the end and put it all together. Let's set our deadline for this weekend. Please everyone reply to this and let me know you have seen it and agree/disagree. -Melissa
• Yes, I agree with you that we all really need to do a lot of work on this page, but I don't believe that all of us just righting a paragraph on each topic is going to work. I have a felling if we do that nothing is going to flow together and it just going to be choppy. I would suggest that we all pic a topic or two and just go for that. Jessica.
• I know what you mean, Jessica, but at this stage in the project I am sure that we have all done research on various topics. I just updated the notes page (all new text is in blue). It's mostly on definition of hackers and history, some about various reasons for hacking. Let's post our notes in different colors (for each person) on that page and see what we've got. Otherwise I'm fine to sort topics if that's what everone wants to do. Since i've done research on these things, I wouldn't want to start over with another topic. -Melissa

•  I created a new page for our final draft. I've called the link Hacker Information and it's accessible on the homepage. Please add to this soon! This project is a big part of our grade. I moved most of the outline off the main page because it's mainly a list of ideas. I did keep some text with basic questions & answers. -Melissa
